Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at time of booking, no exceptions. Failure to complete payment, results in cancelled booking.
We have a zero cancellation policy. Refunds are not issuable to cancellations. All sales are final. If Sol Fleur Pets cancels, client will be issued full refund.
Reschedules are subject to approval by Sol Fleur Pets. If rescheduling is approved, client must pay $50 additional rescheduling fee. Failure to comply, results in cancelled booking and no refund.
